On matrices potentially useful for tree codes

چکیده
Motivated by a concept studied in [1], we consider property of matrices over finite fields that generalizes triangular totally nonsingular to block matrices. We show (1) with this suffice construct asymptotically good tree codes and (2) random block-triangular matrix field quadratic size satisfies property. will also generalization randomized construction yields for which the sum rate minimum relative distance gets arbitrarily close 1.
